Order Process
• Fill out the form if you are 100% sure.
• We suggest booking a slot a week before the preferred date.
• This is only a reservation of your preferred slot and does not confirm your order.
• Form submission will not proceed if the date is fully booked or closed.

Submission and Payment
• Once you submit this form, we will directly message you your invoice and payment instructions within 2-3 business days.
• Please do not flood us with messages on our Facebook page and Instagram account.
• A 50% down payment should be made within 24 hours only after you receive your invoice. (Failure to do so will automatically cancel your order)
• The remaining balance must be settled 2 days before your pick-up date.
• Full payment is required for mini cakes and cupcakes.
• Additional ₱100-₱150 for rush orders (1-2 days before the pick-up schedule is considered a rush order).
• Orders are subject to approval and may depend upon the design choices.

Cake Transport 
• WE DO DELIVER. For delivery service, we will deliver it to you directly, or you can book a courier of your choice. (Book at your own risk, but we are not liable for any damage once we hand your order to the rider.)

Pick-Up Schedule
• This may vary depending on the schedule of the baker.
• During bake days and special occasions like Valentine’s, Christmas and etc., we will announce a specific time beforehand.

Cake Specialties
• We specialize in minimalist and Korean styles and designs using buttercream or soft icing.
• WE DO NOT make fondant cakes.
• WE DO NOT make money cakes.
• We cannot guarantee a replica of any cake, but we will do our best to make it.
• We can always decline cake designs that are beyond our expertise. You can always check our Facebook and Instagram accounts for reference.

Reminders
• Our cake is good for five (5) days with proper storage.
• NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.
• If an emergency occurs, we can only refund half (50%) of the total amount.
• JOY RESERVERS WILL BE BLOCKED.
